Focus on the future of intelligent manufacturing
Author:
Each of us is enjoying the fruits of modern industrial civilization at all times. Whether it's an office PC, a color TV at home, or a car used during commuting. Because of the rapid development of science and technology, people's life philosophy and consumption habits will inevitably undergo various changes, whether we are willing or not. Also, due to different production methods, problems such as production efficiency, safety, and rationality have become increasingly prominent.
Manufacturing is China's current largest industry. As a world power, China needs strong, independent and independent manufacturing industries from the perspective of national living standards, economic development, and national security. However, when it comes to the development of domestic manufacturing industries (such as smart phones, integrated circuits, robots, new energy vehicles, etc.), industries generally face problems such as huge market, lack of core technology, low-end products, low profits, and lack of talent.
Our products have always entered the international market with the advantage of cheap labor. Although the advantage of cheap labor will continue to exist for some time to come, we must see that the wages of Chinese workers are also rising due to rising prices. In particular, the wages of migrant workers who represent China's low-cost labor force have risen sharply, which has caused the weakening of China's export competitiveness. The loss of cost advantage is not only the Chinese companies involved in multinational business, but also all export-oriented Chinese manufacturing enterprises. In the international competition, the biggest traditional advantage of "Made in China" is being lost. Foxconn, the representative enterprise of "Made in China" and the world's largest foundry company, officially released a million "robot army" plan to cope with the increasingly serious labor shortage. And the rising cost of labor, which also indicates that China's manufacturing will end the era of demographic dividends.
The first industrial revolution was the replacement of manpower by machines, the second industrial revolution was the automatic replacement of manuals, and the third industrial revolution brought the information technology and automation to the manufacturing industry. "Industry 4.0" will develop from automation to intelligence, networking and integration on the basis of the third industrial revolution. "Industry 4.0" will promote the upgrading of manufacturing technology in developed countries to a certain extent, and will also lead to the return of some manufacturing enterprises, which will have an indirect impact on China's manufacturing industry. Since the Chinese Premier Li Keqiang visited Germany in October 2014 and published the "Sino-German Cooperation Action Program", the concept of "Industry 4.0" has become popular in China, and the strategic position of "Industry 4.0" and "Intelligent Manufacturing" has rapidly increased. In addition, the Information Physics System (CPS), which is the basis of intelligent manufacturing mentioned in "Made in China 2025", is also the core concept emphasized by Germany's "Industry 4.0".
The integration of the two industries is the landing of "Industry 4.0" in China. We must conform to the development trend of "Internet +" and integrate the deep integration of informationization and industrialization. Focus on the development of next-generation information technology and promote smart manufacturing and green manufacturing. Among the IT companies in the domestic service manufacturing industry, the overall solution of the easy-to-use information is a typical case of the integration of two technologies. MES, WMS, APS, integrated platform and other products independently developed by Yixiang Information cover all aspects of supply chain, warehousing, production and management. Through the whole process of enterprise informationization, different functional modules can be combined with each other and have high flexibility. It has greatly satisfied the individualized needs of enterprises of different scales and industries.
In a smart factory, every product has its own production journey. In traditional manufacturing, a drawing is usually first issued by the R&D department, and then submitted to the production department for a sample. The drawing is returned to the R&D department for adjustment and modification before production. In digital manufacturing, R&D and manufacturing are based on the same data platform, and R&D and production are almost synchronized, changing the rhythm of traditional manufacturing. Mr. Chen Ning, Chairman and General Manager of Yixiang Information, believes that the final trend of Industry 4.0 is cloud manufacturing, which brings the greatest savings in social resources. All the management procedures of the production equipment of the enterprise can be linked to the cloud. Then the device can be connected in the cloud, the device can communicate with the device, and the device can exchange information with the production line.
Of course, the leap from "manufacturing" to "intellectual creation" cannot be achieved overnight. The promulgation of "Made in China 2025" will undoubtedly have a major impact on the Chinese economy and will lead China's leap and transformation from an industrial power to an industrial power. On the occasion of the new round of industrial revolution, our country may not follow the evolutionary route of industrial transformation and upgrading in developed countries step by step, but rely on the historic opportunity of the new round of industrial revolution to achieve leap-forward development. Where is the intelligent production road? The road is at the foot.
